Parish Groups

“For as in one body we have many members, and all the members do not have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.”

Romans 12:4-5

We are One Church, One Family, and we strongly encourage you to participate in parish life and to connect with one another. Please help us to build a welcoming a vibrant community, here at St Marie’s! Wherever and whenever we connect, the Holy Spirit has the chance to work with, through and for us.

Here are some of the ways you can connect and participate in parish life:

There are also some additional seasonal opportunities as well – please consult the weekly newsletter for details.

Where do I go?

Houlden Hall is located on the first floor of Norfolk Chambers (9-11 Norfolk Row, S1 2PA) – directly above the Nottingham Building Society, and adjacent to the main entrance of the Cathedral. Please ring the top bell for Houlden Hall, and you will be buzzed in.

The Parish Room is located at the end of the cloister, and is usually accessed via the Cathedral. Out of hours, it can be accessed via the Cathedral’s small carpark at the back of the Cathedral.

Cathedral House is located behind the Cathedral on Norfolk Street, and directly opposite the theatres. Please ring the day bell or knock on the front door if you are meeting in the house.
