Taking positive action to recover from trauma

The women's support group welcomes any woman who may be experiencing, or has experienced, some form of trauma.

Meeting once a week on Thursday mornings, we discuss ways to address the challenges we face as a result of that trauma, which could include low self-esteem and confidence, issues with employment, anger, confusion, available therapy options - to name but a few.

We draw on our own experiences and expertise to help one another address the issues that are holding us back. The focus of the group is very much about creating Hope, encouraging Empowerment, ensuring Acceptance & offering one another care and Love. We share laughter, tears and biscuits!
